La disciplina que separa a los traders minoristas rentables del 80 % que pierde es el control del riesgo, no la complejidad de la estrategia.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<p>Empezar a operar CFD es sencillo; sobrevivir no lo es. Entre el 70 % y el 80 % de las cuentas minoristas de CFD pierden dinero. Las razones est\u00e1n bien documentadas: posiciones sobredimensionadas, ausencia de stop definido, apalancamiento usado como multiplicador de convicci\u00f3n en lugar de herramienta de eficiencia del capital. La configuraci\u00f3n consciente del riesgo de abajo no es una f\u00f3rmula m\u00e1gica. Es el suelo estructural que da al principiante una oportunidad real.<\/p>\n\n<h2>Paso 1: elige un br\u00f3ker regulado<\/h2>\n<p>Tres verificaciones, por orden:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Regulador UE con registro p\u00fablico<\/strong>: CySEC, BaFin, AMF o equivalente. Las protecciones estructurales importan m\u00e1s que el marketing.<\/p>\n\n<h2>Paso 2: entiende los topes de apalancamiento<\/h2>\n<p>ESMA limita el apalancamiento minorista en CFD seg\u00fan la clase de activo subyacente. Memoriza esto:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Pares de divisas principales<\/strong> (EUR\/USD, GBP\/USD, USD\/JPY): 1:30<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pares de divisas no principales e \u00edndices principales<\/strong> (p. ej. AUD\/NZD, S&#038;P 500, DAX): 1:20<\/li>\n<li><strong>Oro<\/strong>: 1:20<\/li>\n<li><strong>Otras materias primas e \u00edndices menores<\/strong>: 1:10<\/li>\n<li><strong>Acciones individuales<\/strong>: 1:5<\/li>\n<li><strong>Criptoactivos<\/strong>: 1:2<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Son techos, no objetivos. La mayor\u00eda de los traders minoristas exitosos usan entre el 25 % y el 50 % del apalancamiento disponible. El tope existe porque los datos muestran que un apalancamiento mayor destruye cuentas minoristas.<\/p>\n\n<h2>Paso 3: define tu regla de riesgo por operaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p>Antes de tu primera operaci\u00f3n, escribe tu porcentaje de riesgo por operaci\u00f3n. Para la mayor\u00eda de las cuentas minoristas, esa cifra est\u00e1 entre el 0,5 % y el 1 % del patrimonio de la cuenta por operaci\u00f3n. La regla:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tama\u00f1o de posici\u00f3n = (patrimonio de la cuenta x % de riesgo) \/ distancia en d\u00f3lares de la entrada al stop<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ejemplo: cuenta de 10.000 $, riesgo del 1 %, entrada en EUR\/USD a 1,0850, stop en 1,0820. La distancia es de 30 pips, 300 $ por lote est\u00e1ndar. Tama\u00f1o de posici\u00f3n = 100 $ \/ 300 $ por lote x 1 lote = 0,33 lotes. Nocional de 33.000 $. Con apalancamiento 1:30, el margen requerido es de 1.100 $. Margen amplio para la siguiente operaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Esta regla hace lo m\u00e1s importante en el trading CFD: elimina la decisi\u00f3n emocional de dimensionamiento. Dejas de preguntar \u00ab\u00bfcu\u00e1nto debo operar?\u00bb y empiezas a preguntar \u00ab\u00bfmerece la pena este setup?\u00bb<\/p>\n\n<h2>Paso 4: predefine entrada, stop y objetivo<\/h2>\n<p>Tres n\u00fameros en el gr\u00e1fico antes de colocar cualquier orden:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Entrada<\/strong>: el precio al que el setup es v\u00e1lido.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Stop<\/strong>: el precio al que el setup queda invalidado. M\u00e1s all\u00e1 de un nivel estructural (m\u00ednimo de swing para una larga, m\u00e1ximo de swing para una corta) o 1,5 a 2x ATR.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Objetivo<\/strong>: el pr\u00f3ximo nivel realista de resistencia\/soporte, o un m\u00faltiplo fijo del riesgo (normalmente 2R o 3R).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Si no puedes trazar los tres antes de la entrada, el setup no est\u00e1 listo. Qu\u00e9date quieto.<\/p>\n\n<h2>Paso 5: opera en papel durante dos semanas<\/h2>\n<p>Abre una cuenta demo en la plataforma que vayas a operar en real. Realiza 30 operaciones en papel a lo largo de dos o tres semanas. El objetivo no es el P&L; es verificar que tu proceso se ejecuta limpiamente. Lleva un registro de cada operaci\u00f3n: setup, entrada, stop, objetivo, tama\u00f1o de posici\u00f3n, m\u00faltiplo R al salir.<\/p>\n<p>En la operaci\u00f3n 30 sabr\u00e1s dos cosas: si tu familia de setups tiene esperanza positiva en el r\u00e9gimen actual, y si puedes ejecutar el plan sin desviarte. Ambas deben ser \u00abs\u00ed\u00bb antes de aportar capital real.<\/p>\n\n<h2>Paso 6: pasa a real a media talla<\/h2>\n<p>La primera asignaci\u00f3n de capital real es el 25 % de tu cuenta prevista, con el riesgo por operaci\u00f3n rebajado al 0,5 % (la mitad de tu regla final). Las primeras 20 operaciones reales se centran en tres cosas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Verificar la ejecuci\u00f3n<\/strong>: \u00bfse ejecutan las \u00f3rdenes a los precios esperados, se activan los stops correctamente, reporta la plataforma el P&#038;L con precisi\u00f3n?<\/li>\n<li><strong>Calibrar el slippage<\/strong>: una ejecuci\u00f3n en papel a 1,0850 puede ser una ejecuci\u00f3n real a 1,0852. La diferencia de 2 pips se acumula.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gestionar la carga emocional<\/strong>: el capital real cambia la psicolog\u00eda. Los setups que tomabas con facilidad en demo se sentir\u00e1n distintos. Vigila el impulso de ampliar stops, a\u00f1adir a perdedoras o tomar beneficios demasiado pronto.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>Paso 7: revisa semanalmente, escala seg\u00fan datos<\/h2>\n<p>Domingo por la noche, 30 minutos, diario delante. Tres preguntas:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\u00bfQu\u00e9 setups han pagado? \u00bfCu\u00e1les no?<\/li>\n<li>\u00bfSegu\u00ed la regla de dimensionamiento de posici\u00f3n en cada operaci\u00f3n?<\/li>\n<li>\u00bfMov\u00ed alg\u00fan stop en la direcci\u00f3n equivocada? \u00bfPor qu\u00e9?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Tras 50 operaciones reales, si la esperanza es positiva, escala a tama\u00f1o completo. Si no, qu\u00e9date a media talla durante 50 operaciones m\u00e1s mientras a\u00edslas el problema.<\/p>\n\n<h2>La expectativa honesta<\/h2>\n<p>Las primeras 100 operaciones reales son matr\u00edcula. Planea gastar el equivalente a un curso b\u00e1sico en comisiones, slippage y peque\u00f1as p\u00e9rdidas mientras construyes el proceso.
