El orden importa. Cuando compras el par, est\u00e1s largo en la base y corto en la cotizaci\u00f3n al mismo tiempo. Cuando vendes el par, das la vuelta a ambas patas. La base es el activo que est\u00e1s tradeando; la cotizaci\u00f3n es la unidad en la que la valoras.<\/p>\n<h2>Ejemplo<\/h2>\n<p>GBP\/JPY a 187,50. GBP es base, JPY es cotizaci\u00f3n. Una libra compra 187,50 yenes. Compra un mini lote (10.000 GBP) y tomas 10.000 libras de exposici\u00f3n larga, shorteando 1.875.000 yenes como pata contraria. Si GBP\/JPY se mueve a 188,50 ganaste 100 pips. Cada pip en este par, al estar la cotizaci\u00f3n en JPY, vale unos 0,85 USD por mini lote al tipo actual. El c\u00e1lculo del valor del pip vive siempre del lado de la divisa de cotizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h2>Leer cualquier par<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>USD a la izquierda:<\/strong> un n\u00famero que sube significa que el USD se fortalece contra la cotizaci\u00f3n. USD\/JPY subiendo = d\u00f3lar m\u00e1s fuerte.<\/li>\n<li><strong>USD a la derecha:<\/strong> un n\u00famero que sube significa que la base se fortalece contra el USD. EUR\/USD subiendo = euro m\u00e1s fuerte.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ninguna es USD:<\/strong> cruce.
