Cuando se toca el nivel de stop, en lugar de convertirse en una orden de mercado simple, se convierte en una <a href=\"https:\/\/volity.io\/es\/glosario\/what-is-a-limit-order\/\">orden limitada<\/a> a tu precio l\u00edmite elegido. Esto te da protecci\u00f3n de precio en la salida, pero puede no ejecutarse si el precio atraviesa directo tu l\u00edmite.<\/p>\n<h2>Ejemplo num\u00e9rico<\/h2>\n<p>Mantienes una acci\u00f3n a 50 $ y fijas un stop-limitado para vender con stop a 48 $ y l\u00edmite a 47,50 $. Si el precio cae a 48 $, se activa una venta limitada a 47,50 $. Si el precio ronda los 48 $, sales entre 48 $ y 47,50 $. Pero si hace un hueco a 45 $, tu l\u00edmite de 47,50 $ nunca se alcanza, la orden no se ejecuta, y sigues manteniendo mientras la p\u00e9rdida crece. Esa es la contrapartida.<\/p>\n<h2>Stop-limitada frente a stop<\/h2>\n<p>Una <a href=\"https:\/\/volity.io\/es\/glosario\/what-is-a-stop-order\/\">orden stop<\/a> simple garantiza una salida pero no un precio; una stop-limitada garantiza un precio pero no una salida. En mercados r\u00e1pidos con huecos, la stop-limitada puede dejarte atrapado en una operaci\u00f3n perdedora, por lo que un stop simple suele ser m\u00e1s seguro para el control de riesgo.
