Indica cu\u00e1ntos d\u00f3lares pagan los inversores por cada d\u00f3lar de beneficio anual, la lectura r\u00e1pida m\u00e1s com\u00fan de si una acci\u00f3n est\u00e1 barata o cara. Un PER de 15 significa que pagas 15 $ por cada 1 $ de beneficio anual; cuanto mayor el n\u00famero, m\u00e1s crecimiento descuenta el mercado.<\/p>\n<h2>Ejemplo num\u00e9rico<\/h2>\n<p>La acci\u00f3n A cotiza a 30 $ con 2 $ de BPA, un PER de 15. La acci\u00f3n B cotiza a 200 $ con 4 $ de BPA, un PER de 50. B es mucho m\u00e1s cara por d\u00f3lar de beneficio, aunque ambas sean rentables: el mercado espera que B crezca mucho m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido. Si ese crecimiento decepciona, el PER alto de B se comprime y el precio puede caer con fuerza incluso con beneficios estables.<\/p>\n<h2>Por qu\u00e9 el PER necesita un grupo de pares<\/h2>\n<p>Un PER significa poco solo; \u00fanicamente se\u00f1ala barato o caro frente al historial de la empresa y su sector.
