Les lire une fois avant l'ouverture du compte est la base pratique.<\/p>\n<h3>Quelle loi r\u00e9git l'accord ?<\/h3>\n<p>Les Conditions sont r\u00e9gies par les lois de Sainte-Lucie pour Volity Trade Ltd en tant qu'entit\u00e9 contractante, avec des droits c\u00f4t\u00e9 ex\u00e9cution selon le droit chypriote (UBK Markets Ltd). Les litiges sont r\u00e9solus selon les clauses de r\u00e9solution ; pour les clients particuliers dans l'UE, des r\u00e8gles suppl\u00e9mentaires de protection du consommateur s'appliquent.<\/p>\n<h3>Qui peut ouvrir un compte Volity ?<\/h3>\n<p>Les adultes (18 ans et plus) qui passent la v\u00e9rification KYC et ne r\u00e9sident pas dans des juridictions restreintes.
