Le KYC est obligatoire \u00e0 l'entr\u00e9e en relation et actualis\u00e9 p\u00e9riodiquement ; la surveillance des transactions est continue ; et les d\u00e9clarations suivent les proc\u00e9dures de l'Unit\u00e9 chypriote de lutte contre le blanchiment de capitaux (MOKAS).<\/p>\n<h3>Quels documents sont requis pour le KYC ?<\/h3>\n<p>Une pi\u00e8ce d'identit\u00e9 officielle avec photo en cours de validit\u00e9 (passeport, carte d'identit\u00e9 ou permis de conduire) et un justificatif de domicile dat\u00e9 de moins de trois mois (facture de services, relev\u00e9 bancaire, courrier officiel). Pour les clients \u00e0 d\u00e9p\u00f4ts \u00e9lev\u00e9s, des documents sur l'origine des fonds peuvent \u00eatre demand\u00e9s selon l'approche fond\u00e9e sur les risques de la 5AMLD de l'UE.<\/p>\n<h3>Combien de temps les dossiers KYC sont-ils conserv\u00e9s ?<\/h3>\n<p>Au minimum cinq ans apr\u00e8s la fin de la relation d'affaires, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l'article 40 de la 5AMLD et \u00e0 l'article 68 de la loi AML chypriote.
