Les bo\u00eetes postales ne sont pas accept\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Justificatif de l&rsquo;origine des fonds<\/strong> : bulletin de salaire, lettre d&#8217;employeur, relev\u00e9 bancaire montrant les d\u00e9p\u00f4ts de salaire ou attestation d&rsquo;expert-comptable pour les travailleurs ind\u00e9pendants. Requis pour les tranches de d\u00e9p\u00f4t plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es et standard pour la conformit\u00e9 AML.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Ayez-les en PDF ou en photos haute r\u00e9solution avant de commencer. La cause de rejet la plus fr\u00e9quente est une photo de la pi\u00e8ce d&rsquo;identit\u00e9 floue ou rogn\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n<h2>\u00c9tape 2 : compl\u00e9ter le formulaire de demande<\/h2>\n<p>Comptez 15 \u00e0 20 minutes. Les champs se regroupent en quatre zones :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Identit\u00e9 et contact<\/strong> : nom, date de naissance, nationalit\u00e9, r\u00e9sidence fiscale, num\u00e9ro d&rsquo;identification fiscale, adresse, t\u00e9l\u00e9phone, email.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Profil financier<\/strong> : tranche de revenu annuel, tranche de patrimoine net, statut d&#8217;emploi, origine des fonds. Cela alimente le scoring de risque AML ; r\u00e9pondez avec exactitude.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Exp\u00e9rience de trading<\/strong> : ann\u00e9es d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience, produits trad\u00e9s (actions, FX, CFD, options, crypto), fr\u00e9quence des trades. Alimente l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation d&rsquo;ad\u00e9quation.<\/li>\n<li><strong>D\u00e9claration de personne politiquement expos\u00e9e (PPE)<\/strong> : requise par la directive AML. Cochez honn\u00eatement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>\u00c9tape 3 : passer l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation d&rsquo;ad\u00e9quation MiFID II<\/h2>\n<p>C&rsquo;est obligatoire selon les r\u00e8gles UE pour tout client particulier tradant des produits complexes. Les CFD sont des produits complexes. L&rsquo;\u00e9valuation comprend 10 \u00e0 15 questions \u00e0 choix multiples couvrant :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ce que signifie l&rsquo;effet de levier et comment il amplifie \u00e0 la fois les profits et les pertes<\/li>\n<li>Ce qu&rsquo;est un appel de marge et comment y r\u00e9pondre<\/li>\n<li>Ce que couvre la protection contre le solde n\u00e9gatif et ce qu&rsquo;elle ne couvre pas<\/li>\n<li>Comment la tarification des CFD est li\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;actif sous-jacent<\/li>\n<li>Le taux de perte typique parmi les traders CFD particuliers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Lisez le document d&rsquo;information sur les risques du courtier avant de commencer. Tout ce qui figure dans l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation s&rsquo;y trouve. En cas d&rsquo;\u00e9chec, le courtier peut soit refuser la demande, soit l&rsquo;accepter avec un avertissement \u00e9crit indiquant que les CFD ne sont pas appropri\u00e9s. Cette derni\u00e8re option est autoris\u00e9e par le r\u00e9gulateur mais inconfortable ; mieux vaut \u00e9tudier, puis repasser.<\/p>\n\n<h2>\u00c9tape 4 : v\u00e9rification d&rsquo;identit\u00e9<\/h2>\n<p>La plupart des courtiers CySEC utilisent une v\u00e9rification d&rsquo;identit\u00e9 automatis\u00e9e via des prestataires comme Onfido ou Sumsub. Le processus :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>T\u00e9l\u00e9chargez des photos du document d&rsquo;identit\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>Prenez un selfie en direct que le syst\u00e8me compare \u00e0 la photo de la pi\u00e8ce d&rsquo;identit\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>T\u00e9l\u00e9chargez le justificatif de domicile<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>L&rsquo;approbation arrive g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement en 1 \u00e0 24 heures en jours ouvrables. Causes de retard : photo floue, coins coup\u00e9s, document expir\u00e9, incoh\u00e9rence d&rsquo;adresse avec la demande.<\/p>\n\n<h2>\u00c9tape 5 : alimenter le compte<\/h2>\n<p>Les courtiers CySEC proposent typiquement quatre rails de financement :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Virement bancaire SEPA<\/strong> : 0 \u00e0 1 jour ouvr\u00e9, pas de frais du courtier, frais SEPA standards de votre banque (souvent gratuits).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Virement international SWIFT<\/strong> : 1 \u00e0 3 jours ouvr\u00e9s, 10 \u00e0 30 $ de frais selon les banques.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Carte<\/strong> : instantan\u00e9, peut comporter 1 \u00e0 2 % de frais selon l&rsquo;\u00e9metteur.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Crypto<\/strong> : lorsque pris en charge (BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC), 10 \u00e0 60 minutes pour les confirmations on-chain.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les fonds sont d\u00e9pos\u00e9s sur des comptes mon\u00e9taires clients s\u00e9gr\u00e9gu\u00e9s aupr\u00e8s de banques de premier rang, s\u00e9par\u00e9s des fonds propres de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, comme l&rsquo;exige MiFID II.<\/p>\n\n<h2>\u00c9tape 6 : installer la plateforme<\/h2>\n<p>Les courtiers CySEC prennent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement en charge MT4 et MT5 sur ordinateur, web et mobile (iOS, Android). Pour le trading CFD sp\u00e9cifiquement, MT5 dispose de plus de types d&rsquo;ordres et de tests de strat\u00e9gie plus rapides ; MT4 a la biblioth\u00e8que d&rsquo;EA h\u00e9rit\u00e9e la plus profonde.
