L&rsquo;ordre compte. Quand vous achetez la paire, vous \u00eates long sur la base et short sur la contrepartie en m\u00eame temps. Quand vous vendez la paire, vous inversez les deux jambes. La base est l&rsquo;actif que vous tradez ; la contrepartie est l&rsquo;unit\u00e9 dans laquelle vous le valorisez.<\/p>\n<h2>Exemple<\/h2>\n<p>GBP\/JPY \u00e0 187,50. GBP est la base, JPY la contrepartie. Une livre ach\u00e8te 187,50 yens. Achetez un mini-lot (10 000 GBP) et vous prenez 10 000 livres d&rsquo;exposition longue, en shortant 1 875 000 yens comme contre-jambe. Si GBP\/JPY passe \u00e0 188,50, vous gagnez 100 pips. Chaque pip sur cette paire, parce que la contrepartie est en JPY, vaut environ 0,85 USD par mini-lot au cours actuel. Le calcul de la valeur du pip vit toujours du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la devise de contrepartie.<\/p>\n<h2>Lire n&rsquo;importe quelle paire<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>USD \u00e0 gauche :<\/strong> un chiffre qui monte signifie que l&rsquo;USD se renforce face \u00e0 la contrepartie. USD\/JPY qui monte = dollar plus fort.<\/li>\n<li><strong>USD \u00e0 droite :<\/strong> un chiffre qui monte signifie que la base se renforce face \u00e0 l&rsquo;USD. EUR\/USD qui monte = euro plus fort.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Aucune des deux n&rsquo;est USD :<\/strong> croisement. Un chiffre qui monte signifie que la base se renforce face \u00e0 la contrepartie, sans implication dollar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Pourquoi c&rsquo;est important<\/h2>\n<p>Mal lire la base contre la contrepartie est l&rsquo;erreur de d\u00e9butant la plus courante en forex. Acheter EUR\/USD parce que vous anticipez un dollar fort est exactement l&rsquo;inverse de ce qu&rsquo;il faut faire. Acheter USD\/JPY parce que vous anticipez un yen fort est aussi \u00e0 l&rsquo;envers. Le nom de la paire est le contrat.
