Le broker suit le droit fractionnaire de chaque client sur des registres internes ; le client ne peut pas transf\u00e9rer la position fractionnaire \u00e0 un autre broker parce qu&rsquo;aucun m\u00e9canisme standard n&rsquo;existe pour le transfert fractionnaire entre brokers. La plupart des brokers offrant des actions fractionnaires permettent aussi le r\u00e9investissement fractionnaire des dividendes et des investissements r\u00e9currents en dollar-cost averaging.<\/p>\n<h2>Exemple<\/h2>\n<p>Un investisseur avec 100 $ veut une exposition \u00e0 Berkshire Hathaway Class A, \u00e0 610 000 $ par action. Une action enti\u00e8re est inabordable. Avec les actions fractionnaires, l&rsquo;investisseur ach\u00e8te 0,000164 actions BRK.A pour 100 $. La position monte et baisse en proportion de BRK.A.
