Inactivity Fees

Understanding Inactivity Fees:

Like many brokers, we implement an inactivity fee to help cover the cost of providing real-time market data across thousands of markets. This fee applies under the following conditions

Criteria for Inactivity:

An inactivity fee is charged if your account has not had trades for more than 12 months and has not received a cash deposit in the last 90 days.

If your account meets the inactivity criteria, a monthly fee of USD25 will be applied.

Reactivation, Resumption of Trading:

The inactivity fee stops when you resume trading. You will not be subjected to this fee again until at least 12 months of inactivity after your last trade.

We strive to avoid charging our traders for data. Real-time market data is provided free of charge to all our active traders as a standard benefit of trading with us.

Withdrawal Guidelines

General Rules:

Daily Withdrawals: To reduce payment provider fees, each account is allowed one withdrawal per day. VIP account holders are exempt from this limit.
Processing Time: Withdrawals are generally processed within 4 hours. Requests made on weekends may experience delays based on the chosen payment method.
Destination of Funds: To ensure financial security and combat money laundering, withdrawals must be made to the client’s personal account. Direct payments or transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted. Detailed instructions for completing transactions are provided in the client’s personal area.

Availability: Deposits and withdrawals can be initiated 24/7. If not processed instantly, they will be completed within 24 hours.
Internal Transfers: Transfers between accounts of the same type are executed on the same day.
Multiple Payment Methods: Clients who fund their trading accounts using various payment systems or multiple wallets within the same system must withdraw funds in proportion to the deposited amounts.
Change of Terms: The company reserves the right to modify the processing times for deposits and withdrawals or impose limits on payment systems without prior notice, especially for clients from certain countries.

Special Conditions:

Non-Trading Clients: Clients requesting a withdrawal without having executed any trades since their last deposit will also be responsible for the full amount of deposit charges.
