How do I contact Volity support?

You can reach the Volity support team by email at hello@volity.io or via the live chat widget on the website. Support is available in English, German, French, and Spanish.

In what languages is Volity available?

Volity is available in English, German, French, and Spanish, both on the website and via customer support.

How do I reset my Volity password?

Use the Forgot Password link on the Volity login page. A reset link is sent to the email registered with your account. The link expires after 30 minutes for security.

What documents are needed for KYC verification?

Volity requires a government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID, or driver licence) and a proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence).

How do I deposit funds to my Volity account?

Volity accepts credit and debit cards, SEPA bank transfers, and cryptocurrency deposits (BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC). Card and crypto deposits are instant; SEPA typically settles within one business day. All deposits are free of charge.

How do I withdraw funds from Volity?

Submit a withdrawal request from your account dashboard. Withdrawals process to the same payment method used for deposit, in line with AML rules. Card and crypto withdrawals are typically instant once approved; bank transfers settle within one business day.

Are deposits and withdrawals free?

Yes. Volity charges no fees on deposits or withdrawals. Third-party network fees (for example Bitcoin network fees) may apply but are not retained by Volity.

Which trading platforms does Volity support?

Volity provides MetaTrader 4 (MT4) and MetaTrader 5 (MT5) on desktop, web, and mobile (iOS and Android). Both platforms support automated trading, custom indicators, and advanced charting.

Why was my deposit declined?

Common causes include card-issuer restrictions on cross-border transactions, mismatched cardholder name, insufficient funds, or expired card details. Contact your card issuer first; if the issue persists, contact hello@volity.io with the transaction reference.

Is two-factor authentication available on Volity?

Yes. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available and strongly recommended on every Volity account. Enable it from the security settings in your account dashboard.
